Subscription Management<\/h3>\n
\nWhen copying a subscription in ASMIQ.one, the assignment was previously limited to the same business partner. The copy process has now been enhanced with a reassignment feature: The copied subscription can be assigned directly to another business partner without having to manually re-enter the subscription. This significantly simplifies migration and transfer scenarios between partners in particular.<\/p>\nFinance & Accounting<\/h3>\n
\nIn a business partner\u2019s financial overview, dunning entries can now be canceled directly. Previously, there was no way to correct dunning entries created in error without resorting to manual workarounds. The new cancellation feature allows the user to clean up incorrect dunning entries in a targeted and efficient manner\u2014directly in the financial overview of the affected business partner.<\/p>\nSearch & Navigation<\/h3>\n
\nThe advanced search dialog now includes a new dropdown field for selecting companies. Previously, the advanced search was cross-client and did not allow for direct restriction to a single company. The new selection field makes it possible to specifically limit search results to a particular company, thereby significantly increasing search efficiency in environments with multiple active clients.<\/p>\n\ud83d\udc1b Bug fixes<\/h2>\n
\nWhen a provisional collection run was executed, interruption entries were incorrectly written to the original production table instead of the temporary table intended for provisional runs. This resulted in test runs unintentionally modifying production data, and the separation between the provisional and actual processing statuses was no longer guaranteed. The error has been fixed: All write operations in a provisional collection run are now correctly directed to the temporary table; the original data remains unchanged in all cases.<\/p>\n
\nWhen reprinting older invoices that were originally created in the Legacy Finance module, the process was incorrectly routed through the New Finance path. This resulted in errors or incorrect output when printing. The logic now correctly identifies which Finance path was used to originally create an invoice and consistently uses the same path (Legacy or New Finance) when reprinting.<\/p>\n
\nUnder certain circumstances, incorrect reference numbers were displayed on the account statement. The assignment of reference numbers to the corresponding transaction entries has been corrected; the account statement now consistently displays the correct reference number.<\/p>\n
\nIn the address history details dialog, the \u201cModified on\u201d timestamp was previously displayed in UTC server time. For users in Switzerland (CEST\/CET), this resulted in a discrepancy of one or two hours compared to the local time. The timestamp is now displayed in the user\u2019s local time\u2014consistent with the other timestamp fields in ASMIQ.one.<\/p>\n
