In version 6.5.3 we have added several New functions and improvements<\/strong> and a number of bug fixes to improve the overall functionality and user-friendliness of our system.<\/p>\n

New functions and improvements<\/strong>
We have a System-managed text file description<\/strong> for the Import of address and subscription data<\/strong> has been added (ONE-5878) to optimize the import process for these data types. The field previously referred to as \"Old or External Subscription Number\" has been renamed \"Alternative Subscription ID\" (ONE-5946) to provide more clarity. The output of the new dunning jobs<\/strong> is now in the Financial export view<\/strong> (ONE-6056), which improves our financial data output capabilities. In addition, the dialog for extended<\/strong> Search options<\/strong> (ONE-6081) so that users can refine their searches more effectively.<\/p>\n

The Recurring invoice<\/strong> for electronic payment methods, which was previously created by Crystal Reports, has been replaced by a Jasper template (ONE-6137), which improves the reporting and invoicing process. Performance optimizations<\/strong> include improvements to the set-missing-ids.sql script to avoid deadlocks (ONE-6146) and an optimization of the Delivery information caches <\/strong>to increase performance and Reduction of loading times<\/strong> (ONE-6169). We have also fixed misleading error messages in the file manager when opening a delivery configuration (ONE-6148) and Batch scripts for global use <\/strong>(ONE-6150) to improve their versatility in different environments.<\/p>\n

Bug fixes<\/strong>
Several critical errors have been fixed in this version. The problem where a different billing address<\/strong> with a Webshop order<\/strong> was not taken into account in the subscription (ONE-6040) has been fixed. Address data in instant letters is now filled in correctly (ONE-6104), and the problem where the Selecting bonuses<\/strong> only the first data set was prepared via Create mail merge (ONE-6133) has been fixed. In addition, the system configuration is now opened even if no company is configured (ONE-6209) and the missing translation for \"KeineWemfKat\" has been added (ONE-6211) to ensure that all UI elements are properly localized.<\/p>\n

Together, these updates improve the Stability<\/strong>, Performance<\/strong> and User friendliness<\/strong> of the system by addressing important problems and introducing valuable new functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
