Release description:
With the release 6.6.6 The focus was placed on the optimization of payment processes, stability in subscription exports and the improvement of the technical infrastructure. In addition to the functional introduction of EBICS and the asmiq.one services, numerous bug fixes have been implemented to improve data quality, document output and user-friendliness.

EBICS integration

With this release, the EBICS connection for ASMIQ.one:-
Automated processing of CAMT.054 payment media via a batch job. This means that incoming payments can now be posted efficiently and promptly without manual intervention.

Introduction of a new administration interfacein which EBICS connections can be centrally configured and managed.

Extension of the Database structurein order to store all EBICS-relevant parameters in a structured manner and make them flexibly usable for future extensions.
👉 For users, this means less manual work when processing incoming payments, a better overview and secure, stable integration of banking processes directly into the system.

Order and payment management

When copying orders from the web store, the transaction ID and payment method are no longer copied; instead, the payment method is set to Invoice set.

EBICS integration with practical example
With the new EBICS integration, the accounting department can, for example, automatically retrieve all incoming payments from the banks every morning. Instead of manually downloading payment files from the accounts and loading them into ASMIQ.one or manually checking account statements and entering payments individually in the system. These are imported directly, assigned to the open items and processed.
In concrete terms, this means Fewer errors, less manual effort and faster booking of incoming payments - employees have more time for value-adding activities.
