Version 6.5.9 brings major improvements and bug fixes that significantly increase the stability and functionality of ASMIQ.one. The most important changes and bug fixes are listed below:
Changes
- Show zip code and city on the QR receipt (ONE-6497): The QR receipt has been extended so that the zip code and city are also printed for long payment bars to addresses (more than 3 lines).
- No check for system blocks for orders with subscriptions from the web store (ONE-6404): Subscriptions from the webshop can now also be created during system lockdowns, which improves the ordering process.
- Consideration of web store data during the system lockdown (ONE-6405): Data that was generated during a system lock in the webshop is now correctly taken into account when restoring.
- Additional work for the import of payments from Italy (Classic ABO) (ONE-6427): The payment import for the Classic ABO in Italy has been extended with additional functions to better fulfill specific requirements.
- Extension of the Classic ABO "VAT rates (gross variant)" to include object and sub-object fields (ONE-6426): The VAT rates function has been enhanced to capture more detailed information at object level.
- Database APIs now case-insensitive (ONE-6336): Database queries have been optimized to be case-insensitive, which improves consistency and search accuracy.
- Optimization of the Spring batch database tables (ONE-6269): The Spring Batch Framework tables have been optimized to improve performance.
- System-managed text file description can no longer be changed (ONE-6229): To avoid unwanted changes, the system-managed text file description can no longer be changed manually.
- Extension of the "Address and subscription import" view (ONE-6217): Additional options have been added to the import view to simplify the import process.
- Removal of the address design selection from the user interface (ONE-6165): The address design selection has been removed as it is no longer required.
- Hyperlink to the business partner from completed orders in order management (ONE-6153): A direct link has been added in order management that allows you to jump directly from completed orders to a business partner.
- Zip code suffix added to the text file description (ONE-6085): The text file description has been expanded to include a zip code suffix field.
- Optimization of the manual duplicate check for address and subscription import (ONE-6028): The manual duplicate check process has been improved to increase accuracy and speed up the import process.
- Display of the complete address in the address label without overwriting the data matrix code (ONE-6013): Address labels now show the full address without overwriting the data matrix code.
- Added download link for template in address and subscription import dialog (ONE-5958): Users can now download a template directly in the address and subscription import dialog to make the import process easier.
- Error message for account assignment instead of internal error (ONE-6021): Instead of an internal error, a precise account assignment error message is now displayed when an error occurs.
- Correct translation of the "Save" button in the text file description (ONE-6035): The "Save" button has been translated correctly to avoid misunderstandings during operation.
Bug fixes
- Management of the legacy language code in the system configuration (salutations) (ONE-6498): Fixed a bug where outdated language codes were not managed correctly in the system configuration for salutations.
- Error in VAT calculation on subscription invoices fixed (ONE-6366): The VAT total on subscription invoices no longer includes attachment lines with zero amounts.
- Error when importing files with the "Alternative subscription ID" fixed (ONE-6413): Fixed an issue where subscriptions were not being created when importing files with the "Alternative Subscription ID".
- Incorrect salutation due to the import of business partners with "SalutationCodes" fixed (ONE-6423): The error where incorrect salutations were set by the import has been corrected.
This update brings significant improvements to data processing and the import process, fixes important bugs and ensures smoother system use.
