Release description:

With version 6.6.11 central functions in the areas of finance, order and subscription handling as well as user and IAM integration have once again been further improved. The focus of this release is on the correction of technical edge cases (e.g. invoice limits, pro forma runs and payment processes), the stabilization of workflows and functional enhancements in the user and eBill/payment environment.

🐞 Bug fixes

Accounting and financial logic

  • ONE-7368 - "Category to = 0" is now correctly interpreted as exactly 0 and no longer as "unlimited".

  • ONE-7358 - For pro forma runs VALID_FROM is no longer incorrectly reset on all KTO lines.

  • ONE-7353 - Subscription orders without costs are now processed correctly in the workflow.

  • ONE-7273 - Partially paid invoices are no longer incorrectly canceled when canceling subscriptions (Legacy Finance).

Data consistency & navigation

  • ONE-7346 - The company ID is now also set correctly for address bookings.

  • ONE-7307 - The jump from subscription/invoice to archived orders filters correctly to the target order again.

  • ONE-7263 - Misleading counters/labels for subscription menu entries have been corrected.

System & Security

  • ONE-7321 - The IAM property api.keycloak.host is now consistently addressed via HTTPS.

  • ONE-7348 - New users no longer receive initial passwords, but secure e-mail links for password assignment.

  • ONE-7320 - Import of non-user-bound keycloak events into ASMIQ.one.

  • ONE-7162 - Display of keycloak (.iam) information directly in the business partner view.

Payment & Finance (New Finance)

  • ONE-7305 - Activation of recurring payment processes in the new Finance module.

  • ONE-7293 - Support for subscription renewals based on camt054 payment receipts.

Expedition & placeholder

  • ONE-7350 - Auto-refresh in the expedition export view only if the "Last 7 days" option is activated.

  • ONE-7318 - Images in placeholders can now be downloaded.

  • ONE-7314 - Images in translation placeholders can be deleted (except by default).

🔍 Summary & highlight: ASMIQ.iam integration

With ONE-7162 the import and display of the ASMIQ.iam (Keycloak as a Service) Data in ASMIQ.one fully completed.
This means that all relevant user and login information is now available centrally in ASMIQ.one.

This enables in particular:

  • Central access to external login data for support and evaluations

  • Uniform view of all user attributes from the ASMIQ.iam service

  • Significantly simplified analysis and troubleshooting of login and authorization issues

  • Elimination of the previous need to check user information separately in several systems

All attributes from the Keycloak-as-a-Service offering are displayed in a consolidated form. This gives support, operations and specialist departments a complete, consistent and central user overview, which speeds up support processes and significantly increases transparency in identity management.
