Release description:

With the release 6.6.5 The stability of the interaction between the classic finance area and the new finance module has been specifically improved. In addition, interfaces, automation and the user-friendliness of addresses and templates have been further developed. The release version offers more control, transparency and flexibility in daily work processes.

New functions & extensions

  • Improved address data in the QR code on invoices
    (ONE-7086)

    • The previously unstructured address part in the QR code has been replaced by a structured address of type "S".

  • Financial area - improvements and transition to the new module
    (ONE-7055, ONE-7010, ONE-7009, ONE-7008)

    • Simplified handling of VAT rates in the classic finance module.

    • Reminders can still be created in the classic system, even if the new finance module is active.

    • Menu items in the classic finance module are no longer hidden, but can be renamed if desired.

    • New postings in the classic financial system are prevented as soon as the new financial module is used.

  • Global placeholders and template handling
    (ONE-7023, ONE-7052, ONE-7053)

    • Placeholder variables in the global placeholder management are now listed uniquely and without duplicates.

    • Deleted template subscriptions now also delete the associated notes.

    • An error when creating templates with notes has been fixed - saving is now done correctly.

  • Extensions for automation and interfaces
    (ONE-7080, ONE-7012)

    • CSV automations now also support Excel formats (.xls, .xlsx).

    • New inkjet interface with QR code ("Interface ONE-7012") implemented.

  • Order and order management
    (ONE-6722)

    • Documents can now also be downloaded or sent by e-mail for completed orders.

  • Further technical improvements
    (ONE-7083, ONE-7059, ONE-6732)

    • EBICS simulator set up for the test environment.

    • Empty strings in the eBill country code mapping are displayed as ZERO treated.

    • The result of the company delete function is provided as a ZIP file.

Bug fixes

  • Subscription chain & advance invoice
    (ONE-7074, ONE-7028)

    • The display of the subscription chain has been corrected.

    • Advance invoices for subscriptions with de minimis amounts are now handled correctly.

  • Scripts & database consistency
    (ONE-7027)

    • The deletion process for companies now does not remove any color-related data (color_tone) more.

With Version 6.6.5 is a further step towards complete migration to the new finance module without abruptly restricting the functionality of the classic system. In addition, the quality of data, templates and address information has been significantly improved - with benefits for automation, user-friendliness and operational stability.
